After almost 6 Months of Bloodshed against the Palestinian People, the UN Security Council finally adopts a Mild Resolution on a Ceasefire in Gaza
The Security Council on 25 March 2024 adopted a resolution demanding “an immediate ceasefire for the month of Ramadan respected by all parties leading to a lasting sustainable ceasefire” and also “the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages”. Resolution 2728 (2024) passed by a vote of 14 in favour to none against, with 1 abstention (United States).

Dear Friends,
I am sending you and your esteemed family thoughts of comfort and peace on the occasion of Holy Month of Ramadan; may our fast remind us of the abundance we enjoy every day.
It is with utmost sorrow to witness how many people are deprived of even a morsel of food and a drop of
water in Gaza and other parts of the world. As the Palestinians suffer from unprecedented carnage and a manmade famine, the spirit of generosity may bless us that we will extend generosity towards all. May this Holy Month of Ramadan bring us closer to God and help us establish justice, peace and prosperity for all human beings.

Irish Message to Biden: Permanent Lasting Ceasefire in Gaza Now
Unique Human Tragedy of the Century
Over 66.000 tons of bombs on besieged Gaza, left over 120,000 Palestinian killed and injured
Gaza:- Total death toll=over 32,142
- Injured=over 74,412
- Children =over 15,000
- Women =over 9,000
- Under the rubbles=over 9,0000
- Orphans= over 18,000
- Displaced=1.7 million
- Journalists killed=over 132
- Killed: over 440
- Injured: over 4000
- Imprisoned: over 8500
- Palestinian decent nation is dehumanized 24/7 by illegal colonizers
VIIMES Appeal: After six months of genocide in Gaza, the UNSC has not been able to stop the war on Gaza due to continues vetoes of US against draft resolutions for immediate ceasefire. Russia, China and Algeria voted against draft resolution by US on 22 March 2024, since it lacked any demand for immediate ceasefire in Gaza. Destiny of Palestinian in trapped in UNSC Vicious Cycle.
What is the utility of paralyzed UNSC and UN at large for global peace and security? What is the role of General Assembly with non-binding resolutions and the OIC and LAS useless declarations and decisions!
Be voice of Voiceless, echo the screams of children and mothers under the rubbles, call for immediate permanent cease fire in Gaza!

PODCASTS
On behalf of VIIMES, I feel obliged to condole the great nations of Türkiye and Syria on the catastrophic earthquake and the immense loss of lives.
May God Almighty give strength and endurance to those afflicted by this massive and heart-breaking disaster. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who mourn their loved ones.
And may both governments be assisted by the international community, they would be able to effectively help their peoples tormented by this tragic event. This is the time to put politics aside and stand together. This is the time to reflect one’s own humanity and to relief the agonies of Syria’s and Türkiye’s suffering-stricken people.
As Saadi says:
“Human Beings are members of a whole
In creation of one essence and soul
If one member is inflected with pain
Other members uneasy will remain
If you have no sympathy for human pain
The name of human you can not pertain”
May all survivors will be able to overcome the trauma of this tragedy
Soltanieh
